Delivery Terms and Conditions
Products listed as being available on Stone to Home are only supplied
in full pallet quantities
Delivery will be to nearest kerbside or hard-standing by
tail-lift lorry and manually operated pallet truck
Kerbside delivery is to the kerb, we cannot guarantee
delivery can be made onto your drive
We accept no liability for damage to lorry or property caused by
leaving the road, and written instructions
accepting the risk before we depart from this procedure will be
required
Delivery can only be made to flat, level hard-standing. We are unable
to deliver onto roads on an
incline, gravel drives or lawned areas
Should the delivery driver deem it in any way unsafe or unsuitable
to off-load, we reserve the right to deliver the
goods to the nearest Living Stone stockist for collection at customers
cost
Damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
Delivery will normally take place within 7 working days of receipt
of order. Delivery times cannot be provided
Where possible, customers will be contacted in advance to arrange
a convenient date for delivery
Deliveries are to UK mainland only. The following post codes will
be subject to a £20 surcharge per pallet: DUNDEE & PERTH
- DD, PH1-18, SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS - AB10-56, IV1-39 & 52-54,
KW1-14,
PH19-41, PA21-33 & 35-40
All orders must be signed for on delivery
All goods are supplied on non-returnable pallets
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THESE PRODUCTS ARE HEAVY AND CARE
SHOULD
BE TAKEN WHEN LIFTING
